Return & Cancellation Policy

Civilkids offers an unconditional exchange guarantee. Within 7 days of delivery, you may exchange your product for another, without providing a reason, as long as the product is undamaged and in its original packaging. If there is a price difference between the products, the difference will either be refunded to your card or charged to your card.

Important notes for returns:

• Returned items must be sent in their original box or packaging.

• Products with damaged or altered packaging (e.g., boxes with shipping labels or tape directly applied) will not be accepted.

• Items that have lost their resellable condition and cannot be sold to another customer cannot be returned.

Documents required for returns:

• The original invoice (all copies) must be included with the return.

• A short note explaining the reason for return must also be provided.

Shipping Costs:

• If the product is defective, return shipping costs will be covered by our company. In this case, the item must be returned via our contracted shipping company.

• For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• If the return is not due to a defect, both outgoing and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 45 days after your return request is approved.
