Delivery Terms

The orders you place through our website are delivered to your cargo company within 3 business days.

Deliveries are carried out via cargo and freight services.

For orders paid via bank transfer, if the payment is not received within 15 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping costs for cargo deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.

For deliveries within Istanbul, shipments are handed over to the cargo company from our store located in Merter.
For export orders, we operate on an Ex Works (EXW) basis.
